Our Process
At Atelier Amadi, every project begins with a thoughtful understanding of you — your needs, your lifestyle, and how you want your space to feel. Whether we are starting with an empty home or renovating a space, our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and deeply personal.
Here’s what to expect:

Complimentary Discovery Call – A brief conversation to learn more about your goals, share our process, and determine if we’re the right fit.
Client Intake & Consultation – Following the call, you'll complete a detailed questionnaire and schedule your in-person or virtual consultation. This allows us to assess your space, budget, preferences, and any unique needs.
Post-Consultation & Contract – Following your consultation, we will present an abridged design proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and investment. Once aligned, a formal contract will be shared for review and signature.

Neuro-Interior Profile Assessment – You will take a short, personalized sensory and neurodesign assessment to help us integrate the best design elements into your project aimed at improving your mood, focus, and well-being.
Proposal & Presentation – Using the information from the consultation and assessment, we will create an extensive and customized service proposal. You will receive a full concept presentation for review.
Feedback & Onboarding – We will refine details of your project based on your feedback. Once approved, we onboard you into your personalized project portal.

Design & Sourcing Phase – Once all designs are approved, we begin sourcing all furnishings, finishes, and decor tailored to your vision.
Procurement & Installation – We handle ordering, tracking, and coordinating deliveries as well as contact and ongoing communications with tradesmen for installation. For styling, this may include hands-on placement and final touches.
Reveal & Wrap-Up – Your space comes to life with intention and artistry. We conclude with a final walkthrough (or virtual reveal), ensure your satisfaction, and offer post-project support if needed.
